Dr. Perl is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Subspecialty Boarded ABMS in Pain Management - an area of medicine that focuses on more conservative, non-operative methods of treating orthopedic injuries. Dr. Perl's postgraduate studies included a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals & Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin, in 2003 followed by an additional year fellowship in Spinal Intervention and Pain Management in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2004. She is experienced in a number of specialty areas, including diagnosis and conservative treatment of musculoskeletal and soft-tissue injuries, joint, myelograms, arthograms, spinal and trigger point injections and chronic pain management. Dr. Duclair specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is fellowship trained in interventional pain management. His practice consists of pain management, EMG’s, NCV’s, myelograms, arthograms,epidural steroid injections in both the cervical and lumbar regions, spinal cord stimulators, and other minimally invasive spinal procedures. Dr. Duclair graduated from Howard University in Washington, DC. He completed his residency at Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York University. In 1993, he completed his medical doctorate from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Stepteau then fulfilled his internship through Tulane University Medical Center and his anesthesiology residency through Temple University Hospital in Philidelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Michael Pettibon was born in El Paso, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso. He attended medical school at The University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. Dr. Pettibon completed his residency in anesthesiology at Texas Tech School of Medicine. He also completed a fellowship in pain medicine. Dr. Pettibon is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. He has been in practice since 1989.

Dr. Carlisle is committed to helping families in the DFW Metroplex experience their optimal health and vitality. He is actively involved in community outreach through multiple civic organizations, using his knowledge of rehabilitation medicine, pain management, and sports medicine to educate and encourage improved wellness. Dr. Carlisle strives to be an advocate for all who aspire to improve their quality of life through the multidisciplinary medical model, a model that focuses on preventative medicine and lifestyle enhancement, physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as, pain management. Dr. Carlisle is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. After receiving his bachelor of science in biology, he attended Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN where he was honored during commencement with the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award. A prestigious honor bestowed upon the graduating senior in the medical school who demonstrated a consistent compassion combined with a high acumen for medical knowledge. After graduating from Medical School, Dr. Carlisle spent one year at Vanderbilt University in the Medical Scholars Program doing research concerning Sarcoidosis that resulted in multiple publications. Ultimately, Dr. Carlisle’s training led him to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas where he completed a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Carlisle currently lives in the DFW Metroplex with his wife Chrystal and daughters, Cassidy and Carys. He enjoys reading, athletics of all types, travel, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Jason Butler, M.D. | Specializing in Pain Management and Sports Medicine
Dr. Jason Butler has been practicing Pain Management in DFW since 2010. He completed medical school at The George Washington University in Washington DC, and his residency and fellowship training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, and has additional training in Interventional Pain Medicine. He treats a variety of conditions from head to toe, including acute injuries and chronic pain conditions, as well as injuries related to auto accidents and workers compensation. He focuses on maximizing all conservative options through multi-disciplinary treatments before recommending any interventions, and his goal is to help patients maximize their potential function with focus on improving quality of life.
